* What happened? *

- Inserted info_ut_spawns. There are 6 different group spawns for teamplay now.
- Added 1 CAH point.
- Added a red & blue flag for CTF games.
- Updated the levelshot to the 'wide-screen' format Urban Terror likes to use.
- Renamed the map to ut_office.
- Updated the .pk3 with some missing textures which were not included in beta 2.x anymore.
- Added surface effects to almost all different surfaces in the map.
- Updated the .arena file to work with Urban Terror 2.x.
- Added bot support.
- Added location information for 20 points in the map. (using target_location)
- Converted all sounds to 11,024 KHz format to shrink the total file size a little.
- Converted most textures to JPEG format to shrink the total file size a little.
- Added this .txt file for reference.
- Cleaned up the shader file.
- Removed some unused textures.
- Replaced/modified some textures.
