unzip the the zip file map-acid3dm5.zip into your quake3\baseq3 directory.
start quake3 and either select it from your map list or press tilde to enter the console and type:
"/map acid3dm5" for tdm/ffa/duel
press enter

Editor(s) used : gtk radiant 1.4
Known Bugs : bots seem to love the lift
Build Time : layout took me months (many rebuilds and changes), graphics around 2 weeks
Textures used : id textures, my own
Models used : none
Compile machine : xp1700+@2000+ with 512 megs ddr-ram
q3map compile Time : the time it takes to make a cup of tea <- again!
Brushes : who cares?

The Map has a secret. Go and find it! Also i recommend you to play the map with r_ignorehwgamma 1, as it looks a lot smoother then.
